RECYCLED PET (PLASTIC)

VALLE sunglasses are made with 100% recycled plastic bottles.

The VALLE frame is made from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), a type of plastic found in beverage containers and textiles. At Parafina we recycle the PET that comes from uncontrolled landfills to prevent it from reaching the sea. The VALLE sunglasses are characterised by the fact that they are light and water resistant. The lenses we use for the CASCADA model (made of polycarbonate) have UV 400 protection (cat. 3) and are polarised, i.e. they reduce glare, optical stress and offer a better contrast.
