As a basis for this syrup, we use the particularly bitter "HoppYBoys" beer from the Barbière brewery, from our neighborhood. Thanks to the strong hops, the syrup retains the characteristic beer flavor despite being warmed up and sugar added. This syrup is alcohol-free - and yet not a children's syrup. Our tip: Enjoy ice-cold with carbonated water.

All syrups are produced and bottled in the syrup factory in Bern.
