Fruity and tart at the same time. Mix the syrup with carbonated water and add a few ice cubes. Almost as refreshing as a bath in the Aare. Why not drink a Cynar orange with your aperitif (mix the syrup with sparkling mineral water and add a big gulp of Cynar). Some pulp always floats to the top of the bottle. Just shake vigorously before use.

All syrups are produced and bottled in the syrup factory in Bern.
