Organic Tea - Good Night & Sleep Tight

Relaxing organic evening herbal tea with verbena balm and orange flavor. Hops flowers and valerian soothe and help you fall asleep.

Ingredients: apple*, verbena whole*, balm*, natural flavor, orange peel*, hop flowers*, tulsi*, marigold*, lady's mantil*, valerian*, savory*.

Preparation: For one cup, add 1-2 tsp organic tea to a tea bag or sieve and brew with 250ml hot water and let steep for 10-12 minutes. On hot summer days, the tea is particularly refreshing when well chilled. Make yourself a pot of tea. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge overnight. Or make homemade lemonade and refine the cold tea with a little mint, ice cubes and sugar.

Storage: We recommend closing the mixture with a clip after opening or filling it into an airtight container. Store in a cool and dry place.

One pack contains 50 g of loose organic fruit tea.
