Fruity, berry, velvety - that's the best way to describe the taste of this syrup. Uva Americana was not introduced to Ticino and northern Italy from overseas until the end of the 19th century. The tendrils of the grape, also known as Uva Fragola in Italian, now adorn many a local pergola. Since the grape variety is resistant to parasites and diseases, it does not need chemical treatment
All syrups are produced and bottled in the syrup factory in Bern.
